Fusion Beats adding Bollywood to the Adelaide Fringe Street Party!

The Adelaide Fringe Opening has unleashed another month of festival madness in South Australia. A little different to previous years where Fringe Artists joined in the Fringe Parade heading down North Terrace, dancing and moving to a pre-set playlist and lighting up the night.

This year Fusion Beats Dance added the Bollywood flavour to event by dancing it up down Rundle Mall at ‘Unfold in the Mall’ before hitting North Terrace for the Fringe Street Party. Fusion Beats joined about 60 artists who performed on 6 stages alongside market stalls and loads of fun. There were bands, roving artists and snippets of what the Fringe has in stall for the public.

After the entertainment, the night was lit up with the ‘Parade of Light’ where North Terrace buildings are lit up with amazing effects, artwork and culture. An amazing sight to see.

Be sure to grab your tickets to ‘Bollywood Flashmob at the Fringe, 2018 and join us with an interactive workshop held over two weekends before an optional Flash mob performance by those who would like to have a go at performing without a stage, massive crowd and fuss!! For all ages and dance abilities (even if you have 2 left feet) and a great way to see why so many people love Bollywood!
